On the fifth day of theMardi Grascelebrate Evening aunt. On Shrovetide week on Friday son-in-law was invited to visit mother-in-law with father-in-law and treated to their pancakes.

Men, we suggest that you surprise your mother-in-law and your favorite women by preparing Bagrir. This is not a very complicated and interesting dish, which you can surprise your friends and relatives, especiallyat the Maslenitsa.
Baghrir are gentle Moroccan pancakes that are especially popular during the month of Ramadan.
Bagrir (or a gentle breakfast in Moroccan)
Ingredients for the pancake dough:
flour (wheat, in the/c) – 300 g
Munk (in the original recipe – semolina ) – 100 g
Egg yolks – 2 pcs. Olive oil – 1 tsp.
Sugar – 1 tsp.
Dry yeast (active) – ½ tsp.
Disintegrator – 1 tsp.
Salt – pinch
Warm water – approximately 600-700 ml (the dough should not be too liquid).
sauce for pancakes:
Honey – 5 Art. l.
Butter – about 20-30 g
Mix all particulate ingredients (flour, semolina, salt, sugar, yeast, baking powder), add 2 egg yolk, olive oil. Beat all this with a mixer, slowly add warm water. Beat the dough for 2 minutes. Then cover it and set aside the minutes for 30-40 to the side.
In the meantime, you can take care of the sauce. To do this, place honey and oil in one container and melt everything in a water bath.
Well, and when the sauce is ready, it remains to give a couple of tips for preparing these wonderful crepes:
– Always pour the dough into a cold pan when preparing the dough! To do this, just turn it upside down and put it under a cold water jet (these manipulations must be done while preparing each pancake).
– Pancakes are baked on one side only.
– The burner should be almost at maximum power, but the bagriere should not be burned – they should be pale from one side or the other.
When the dough starts to bubble, you can start cooking Bagrir. Lubricate the frying pan with oil, pour the dough into the center of the frying pan. After a while you will see bubbles on the surface of the pancake, which becomes more and more.
At the edges of the pancake, you will understand that it is ready – then remove it carefully with a shovel. After that, grease the sauce and proceed to the preparation of the next pancake.
