Homemade chicken pancakes

Products:
500-700 gr chicken fillet, 1 egg, 1 tablespoon of starch, 2 cloves of garlic, 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise, salt and pepper to taste.

Preparation:
Chicken fillet is very finely chopped (not minced !!!), all other products add to the fillet and mix. On the heated frying pan, the resulting mass is spread out with a spoon (just like simple fritters). As soon as one side is browned, turn over the fritters and cover with a lid.
