500g lean pork, 2 3 onions, finely chopped cumin at the tip of the knife, 10g rosemary, 1 2 tbsp. tablespoons of cream, 750 g of sour cabbage, 2 3 tbsp. spoons of tomato paste, 1 tbsp. spoonful of vinegar, 1 tbsp. spoon of oil, 1 teaspoon of sugar, salt.
Pork grate with salt, fry with a large chopped onion, add a small amount of water, close the lid and simmer on low heat until cooked.
Then add cumin, rosemary and cream.
Sour cabbage with tomato paste, vinegar and sugar until soft.
Cut the meat into slices, place on cabbage. To this, serve potatoes and separately – sauce.
