1st exercise:keep your back straight, set the pace ahead. Do squats (legs are bent at an angle of 90 degrees), hands reaching out to the fingers of the elongated leg. Repeat 15 times, then change your leg.Important point:bend over, but be sure to keep your back straight and do not bend.
2nd exercise:become straight, feet shoulder width apart. Take one leg to the side and do squats with an emphasis on it. Palms reach out to the fingers of an elongated leg. Repeat 15 times, then change your leg.
third exercise:become smooth, circular motion to step back and turn the housing. Do squats, reaching out to the toes with your hands. Repeat 15 times, then change your leg.
4th exercise:doing sit-ups on the technique of the 1st exercise, just alternate the right and left legs. Repeat 30 times.
