For the test:

leek (white part) – 1 with stem, green beans, fresh frozen – 400 g, parsley – 1 bunch, ginger root, egg – 1 sht.uka, soy sauce – 1 tablespoon sugar, starch, vegetable oil, salt, coriander – 1 bunch.
leeks, parsley and coriander wash, dry and chop. Beans are washed, dried and finely chopped. Ginger grate on a fine grater.
Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan, fry the beans, 3 min. Add leeks, greens and ginger. Cook 2 minutes. Remove from heat, allow to cool.
Transfer the vegetables to a bowl, add egg, soy sauce, starch, sugar, salt and pepper. Stir and let it brew for 30 minutes. Boil water.
Boil the water. Sift the flour with salt, pour in boiling water. Knead the dough. Cover with a wet towel and leave for 30 minutes.
Roll the dough into a thin layer. Cut circles with a diameter of 8 cm. Wet the edges with water.
5. Put 1.5 teaspoon of the filling into the center of each mug. Fold the circles in half and protect the edges.
6. Using a suitable diameter glass, make a groove along the rim of the dumplings.
7. Heat the oil in a frying pan. Spread dumplings in portions and fry for 5 minutes. from each side.
