A day’s lunch: schnitzels

Preparation of this dish will take you only 15 minutes, but its taste will not leave any of the household members indifferent.

5-7 potatoes,

500 g of minced meat,

5 eggs,

5 tablespoons flour,

salt, spices – to taste.

Wash potatoes, peel, grate on a large grater, add ground meat, eggs and flour. Stir the mass, salt and pepper to taste. Do the baking and fry from two to the golden crust.
